Week of 1/28/08- 2/1/08

Seventh Grade: They are working with the expressions:
"j'aime..." (I like...)
"je n'aime pas..." (I don't like...)
"je veux..." (I want...)
"je ne veux pas..." (I don't want...).
Seventh Grade students are including these expressions with their writing and speaking along with the following new vocabulary about a variety of activities. They also are working with making sentences negative (NOT) by placing ne...pas around the verb.

regarder

Eighth Grade: We are beginning with a new verb: ALLER (to go). Students need to continue to review the forms of the other verbs (ETRE, FAIRE, AVOIR, -ER verbs). We will have a quiz on Friday on the forms of ALLER.
